Raising A Racquet!

Good job to the students who worked toward achieving the two goals of the New Year:  split stepping and the positive physical response of changing the racquet to the nonracquet hand immediately after the point.  Increasing the use of your nonracquet hand will minimize fatigue of your racquet hand and arm during the match.  Also,  it can aid in helping players remember to use the nonracquet hand immediately after your forehand groundstroke or volley and promote more of a shoulder turn for the next shot.  Keep those racquets up!
