A Cardio Tennis Certification Clinic was held yesterday at PRC from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. Thanks to Andrew Sirota who conducted the clinic and congratulations to PRC Pros, Elaine McCoola and Judy Young who devoted their day off for training/certification. Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness activity that combines the best features of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic and anaerobic workout.
