Classes are for 9 weeks. Registration may be reserved with payment in full. NO REFUNDS, NO EXEPTIONS. Credits or make-ups are for medical reasons only with verification from a physician. An extra week of clinics will be held from August 23-29 to provide a make up for absences due to one vacation day or weather related cancellations. The QuickStart classes will be held indoors. In case of rain, most classes will be moved indoors. Please call before arriving at the club. Switching classes will be subject to a $15.00 administration fee (per switch). No black/dark bottom shoes will be allowed on the courts. Please bring one unopened can of balls to the 1st class.

Junior Class & Level Descriptions
- QuickStart PeeWees (4-6 yrs): Introduction of basic movement and coordination skills; sending and receiving skills with hands and adaptive equipment, emphasis on fun.
- QuickStart Beginners (6-8 yrs): Continued development of movement skills with receiving /sending skills and games (tennis related).
- Beginners (7-16 yrs): Development of rallying skills, judging a ball and consistency.
- Advanced Beginner (7-16 yrs): Increased movement and balance skills, placement, and ability to play with a full or modified serve.
- Intermediate (8-16 yrs): More emphasis on spins, depth, and shots from all over court to complete game (overhead, transition, serve, return).
- Tournament Training: Ball control exercises that emphasize consistency, direction, depth and spin, recognition of offense/defense, slice/flat serves and participation in tournaments.
- High School Prep: Same as tournament training except this player is practicing to make the high school team (must be a freshman or older).
- Varsity: This player is a member of the high school varsity team. Specializing in singles/doubles, shot selection and movement.
- Elite: This player is a sectionally or nationally ranked player. Student must be approved for the elite classes.
USTA Junior TEAMTENNIS & Junior Exchange Matches
This program provides youngsters with a team opportunity for fun and match play in a team format. Boys and girls will compete in singles, doubles and mixed. Players will be assigned to a team. Start dates and times will be announced shortly. |
