At Home With PRC, Episode 7

Today, we add direction to the rallying skills that we have practiced.  Judy will hit crosscourt and Cos will hit down the line – making a figure 8 pattern.  Don’t forget to turn your shoulders and set the racquet to your target.  Use a wall if necessary.  Have fun and be well.

At Home With PRC, Episode 6

At Home With PRC, Episode 6: Today, Lauren joins us and Judy explains the importance of keeping your eyes and head still while catching the ball. This same move will carryover to your tennis. Practice this with a partner or toss to yourself. Be well.

At Home With PRC, Episode 5

Today, find a high wall or curtain and add your racquet to yesterday’s motion.  After all this time…you thought Cos was the “balanced” one!  Be well.

At Home With PRC, Episode 4

Today, we focus on the service motion:  rotating the hips, loading the weight on the back leg, turning and exploding up and keeping the head behind contact. As you can see, even Auggie loads on her back legs. Practice this at home. Be safe.

At Home With PRC, Episode 3

Today,  Judy provides tips and an easy exercise to improve your ball toss for your serve.  Auggie is back, by popular demand.  Stay in the match and be well.

Clay Is Here!

Over ten tons of clay arrived today. Efforts started a week ago to remove the old clay, tend to the lines and prep the surface. The unseasonably warm weather has been an asset. Thanks to Den, M and Nelson for their hard work.

At Home With PRC, Episode 2

We are back!  Hopefully, you practiced and enjoyed the racquet drills from yesterday.  Continue these each day, increasing your repetitions.  Today, add a family member or friend.  If that isn’t possible, use a wall.  Have fun and maintain your “grip”.
